If you have entered either your name or ID number incorrectly (but not both), you may request a correction via the customer support form. Only one field can be corrected per request, and a copy of your ID (front and back) must be provided for verification.
If your order has already been placed and the event page states that personal information cannot be modified, no changes will be accepted, in accordance with the event’s policy.
