It won't be needed. However, registered users enjoy the following benefits:
- KKTIX will automatic fill up all the fields for you using your pre-set personal information, saving your the trouble of re-entering data every time your want to to register in different events. If you want to make some changes (i.e. make your name more interesting), you can still simply edit it before hitting submit.
- Your event history would be recorded, and you can edit your registration information or withdraw from the event easily.
