Where is the QRCode?
If you have registered a KKTIX account and logged in during the purchase, you can log in to the KKTIX website. Click on "My Tickets" at the top of the homepage, select your order on the page, and click "Registration Information" on the right of the order. You will find your QRCode (square code) there.
After a successful registration, the system will send a notification email to you, displaying the QRCode (square code) in the email. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the ticket collection email, please use the "Contact the Organizer" green button on the event page, describe your problem in the form, and seek assistance.
How to use it?
If you do not have a smartphone, print the QRCode (square code) from the notification email/order page and bring the printed QRCode for entry.
Reminder: If you use a photo of the QRCode for entry, there may be scanning issues. To avoid delays or entry issues, please make sure to print the QRCode and present it to the staff for scanning.
If you have a smartphone/tablet, you can use the mobile browser to directly open the successful registration notification email. Show the electronic ticket QRCode in the email to the staff for scanning.
You can also download and use the KKTIX App to show the QRCode for entry, providing a more convenient way to manage and check all your ticket orders.
