    沒錯 退票或換票實體票寄回去,直到接受受理之後,清票後好位子也被挑走了,為什不能在線上進行退換票的動作 太浪費彼此的時間及先訂票者的權益

    這邊其實有多種考量,確實您說的狀況可能會發生,但有時為了整隊、主辦單位反而會「希望」讓後面買的人自動補到前面退的位子。

    目前系統其實兩種都可以,只是可能還有一些眉角要處理,讓主辦單位選擇自動補上會比較方便。
