真的希望可以好好改善這個問題,不管寄簡訊或是寄機器人email也好,不是這樣處理,還要打電話到客服問才知道退票處理中,增加人力麻煩,也讓客戶不知道到底有沒有成功退票,都已經快開演才確定真的很困擾,希望能好好解決
