我有個建議 / I have an idea...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Google calendar event 的時間表示

    對於多日的活動, 譬如 9月1,2日兩天, 上午九點到下午六點的活動,
    google calendar event import 之後, 會表示成
    9月1日上午九點開始, 一直到2日下午六點結束.
    其中包括了9月1日下午六點到2日上午九點的時間(但實際上不包含).

    希望能改成 repeat event,
    9月1日開始, repeat 兩次, 每次都是上午九點到下午六點

    可能不是 Repeat event, 這個問題我們也有點傷腦筋，特別是針對展覽類型長達數個月的活動（這時用 repeat event 好像就不太合理了）

    歡迎再跟我們多討論可行方式

  2. 由不同使用者建立起來的活動權限應該要分開

    如果一個組織很龐大，那每一個地區的活動都會有不同的主辦人，能否只讓該活動的主辦人看到該活動的參加者資料，而不是所有組織活動的參加者資料都能看到。

  4. 請問要怎麼轉讓電子票券?

    當天無法前往活動現場,有朋友想去,但我又不能給他我的手機,遍尋不著轉讓電子票券的方式,還是要土法煉鋼把我票券的QRCODE畫面拍下來傳給他嗎?這樣可以進場嗎?

    目前系統會在繳費成功/取消報名時通知主辦單位。

    收到建議：

    1. 希望「報名完成（未繳費）」時也可以通知主辦單位。
    2. 希望可以決定收到哪幾種訊息。

  6. 可不可以另開hacker的分類?

    現在學習的分類也太廣泛了吧
    不能開個hacker的分類嗎
    每次看到有興趣的主題，都額滿了
    額滿不是因為在kktix看到，而是facebook社群看到
    而神奇的是，每天逛kktix卻沒看到社群的活動
    難道不能客製化顧客的需求，只看到有興趣的主題嗎

  8. 自訂「報名成功」的郵件通知範本

    目前在「通知信件」中只有「成功訂購通知」的郵件範本，若為付費課程，必須要到繳費才會發出郵件。我們的需求是希望能夠在使用者報名成功後，就立即發出郵件給報名活動的學員，告知他一些重要資訊，所以希望能增加「報名成功」的郵件範本，讓我們能夠編輯，並在學員報名後立即發出，謝謝。

    1.提供系列套票或連續購票優惠設定（現行邀請碼優惠難以使用，徒增困擾）
    2.可以區分訂單票種的列表
    3.改善訂單表單下載（excel檔下載是亂碼）
    4.指定寄信功能增加寄送附件或html

    希望增設簡訊取票，有些人不喜歡下載APP，信箱又常收不到，所以如果能用簡訊取票就更方便了

  15. 黑名單機制

    有些人經常性報名參加免費活動，卻沒來。為了避免這種情形發生，建議增加黑名單機制。可分為以下兩種：(1)可設定於該組織舉辦的活動中，N次未簽到，列為黑名單N天(或永久)，限期內不得報名該組織的活動。(2)活動完成後，組織可至簽到簿查核簽到時間，未簽到者，可手動加入黑名單。

    組織設定內，應有地方可查詢黑名單，必要時可手動解鎖黑名單。

    P.S.黑名單機制亦可將黃牛的帳號列入黑名單。
