  3. 關於kkbox風雲榜的門票,我選擇兌換位置後就無法使用兌換碼,原來的票也沒有了嗎?

    你好,我接受邀請後,照指示輸入,在最後一個步驟,有出現可重新選位,結果我按了,跳回原畫面,就無法使用兌換碼了,請問有方法可解決嗎?謝謝

    已領取電子票券,無法換成 ibon 紙本票券喔!

    如需換票須請您退票重買並重新選擇取票方式(現在僅能購買預售票券,已無法購買早鳥票券),退票將會收取 10 % 手續費用。

    如有其他問題或建議請再與我們聯繫,謝謝您。

    非常抱歉,因為今天全家 Famiport 的資料並沒有即時傳入,所以我們直到剛剛系統自動對帳才發現此一問題。我們已經確認交易成立,並且寄送了信件給您。

    您好,如果您的活動只有採用電子票券,就不會有 ibon 取票的選項喔。

  8. 請問寄信給所有報名人的信件發送處理時間為多長?

    約莫於18:20發送給所有報名人(約60人)的通知信件,過了一個小時,還是沒有人收到,可是只寄給一個人的信件卻很快就收到了
    請問信件的處理時間大約為多長呢?
    因為是重要信件所以有點擔心,想詢問一下

    報名完成的頁面跟信件上都有 QRCode,您只要列印出來,帶到現場即可喔。

  14. 急!!無ibon取票選項無法取得取票號碼

    您好!我是於8/29在網路上訂購新北水上巴士周年紀念夜航票,在訂購的時候無選擇取票方式,今天晚上匯完款有收到訂單確認,但頁面沒有出現ibon取票畫面,只有QR Cord,請問我要如何找到ibon取票畫面,取得"取票號碼"?謝謝~

    這樣根本就不知道要轉到哪裡去阿!
    只有訂單資訊->一組8個數字的號碼

  19. 票券十五分鐘失效,可以不要把頁面跳掉

    我是參加了柯文哲的活動
    他要填不少的填空題
    十五分鐘有點不夠
    結果過了十五分鐘頁面自動跳到,填好的都不見了...
    可以改進成,過了十五分鐘,票券就不保留,等到填好了送出才訂票
    或者,會記住原本使用者填了什麼東西,下次進去時不用重填

    您好,我們系統有 15 ~ 45 分鐘可以設定,我們已經協助向主辦單位反映了喲 :)

  20. Bug report

    在iphone顯示票券的時候,app會把手機的亮度調到最高= =。這時候如果我直接按home鍵退出的話,手機的亮度就不會回覆到原先的設定...
