    我用Famiport買了 4/7預售單日票 ,但票卷顯示的日期為4/6(附件左邊紅框),但票根又顯示4/7(附件中間與右邊紅框處),請問這樣是要看哪一天的演出?

  2. 電子票券列印希望能增加的功能

    1.多訂單合併列印
    2.只印出電子票券區塊(不用含訂單資料)
    對於不會用手機的老人家來說,還是要印實體票比較方便

    訂單資料可能還是會有需要,因為許多時候非演唱會類型的主辦單位會依據這些資料查詢。如果是站在「節約紙張」或「資訊較清楚」的立場則可以理解,也能試著往那樣的方向設計。

    是說 Apple Wallet 其實也包含各種不同層級的東西,您希望的是電子票券可以整合入 Wallet,還是要連同付款的部分都用 Apple Pay,或者結合 Wallet 會員卡相關的功能呢?

  6. 售票序號數字應以累加方式釋票

    大部分演唱會之站席:依序號排隊入場,過號請依工作人員指示入場。不過今天幫人買票的時候發現每次重整序號差異很大(差幾百都有),還可能買到超前面的序號!?估計是直接補釋票的位置。這情況是否對準時搶票的消費者有失公平?希望貴公司能和工程師討論改善這個問題,祝福你們的系統越來越好~

    這邊其實有多種考量,確實您說的狀況可能會發生,但有時為了整隊、主辦單位反而會「希望」讓後面買的人自動補到前面退的位子。

    目前系統其實兩種都可以,只是可能還有一些眉角要處理,讓主辦單位選擇自動補上會比較方便。

  8. 由不同使用者建立起來的活動權限應該要分開

    如果一個組織很龐大,那每一個地區的活動都會有不同的主辦人,能否只讓該活動的主辦人看到該活動的參加者資料,而不是所有組織活動的參加者資料都能看到。

    當天無法前往活動現場,有朋友想去,但我又不能給他我的手機,遍尋不著轉讓電子票券的方式,還是要土法煉鋼把我票券的QRCODE畫面拍下來傳給他嗎?這樣可以進場嗎?

  12. 可不可以另開hacker的分類?

    現在學習的分類也太廣泛了吧
    不能開個hacker的分類嗎
    每次看到有興趣的主題,都額滿了
    額滿不是因為在kktix看到,而是facebook社群看到
    而神奇的是,每天逛kktix卻沒看到社群的活動
    難道不能客製化顧客的需求,只看到有興趣的主題嗎

    目前在「通知信件」中只有「成功訂購通知」的郵件範本,若為付費課程,必須要到繳費才會發出郵件。我們的需求是希望能夠在使用者報名成功後,就立即發出郵件給報名活動的學員,告知他一些重要資訊,所以希望能增加「報名成功」的郵件範本,讓我們能夠編輯,並在學員報名後立即發出,謝謝。
