我有個建議 / I have an idea...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

    我用Famiport買了 4／7預售單日票 ，但票卷顯示的日期為4/6(附件左邊紅框)，但票根又顯示4/7(附件中間與右邊紅框處)，請問這樣是要看哪一天的演出?

  2. 電子票券列印希望能增加的功能

    1.多訂單合併列印
    2.只印出電子票券區塊(不用含訂單資料)
    對於不會用手機的老人家來說，還是要印實體票比較方便

    訂單資料可能還是會有需要，因為許多時候非演唱會類型的主辦單位會依據這些資料查詢。如果是站在「節約紙張」或「資訊較清楚」的立場則可以理解，也能試著往那樣的方向設計。

    是說 Apple Wallet 其實也包含各種不同層級的東西，您希望的是電子票券可以整合入 Wallet，還是要連同付款的部分都用 Apple Pay，或者結合 Wallet 會員卡相關的功能呢？

  6. 售票序號數字應以累加方式釋票

    大部分演唱會之站席：依序號排隊入場，過號請依工作人員指示入場。不過今天幫人買票的時候發現每次重整序號差異很大（差幾百都有），還可能買到超前面的序號!?估計是直接補釋票的位置。這情況是否對準時搶票的消費者有失公平?希望貴公司能和工程師討論改善這個問題，祝福你們的系統越來越好~

    這邊其實有多種考量，確實您說的狀況可能會發生，但有時為了整隊、主辦單位反而會「希望」讓後面買的人自動補到前面退的位子。

    目前系統其實兩種都可以，只是可能還有一些眉角要處理，讓主辦單位選擇自動補上會比較方便。

    新增組織活動的追蹤功能, 像是參加過的活動, 若該組織有新活動推出時, 可以第一時間接獲通知.

  8. 由不同使用者建立起來的活動權限應該要分開

    如果一個組織很龐大，那每一個地區的活動都會有不同的主辦人，能否只讓該活動的主辦人看到該活動的參加者資料，而不是所有組織活動的參加者資料都能看到。

  10. 請問要怎麼轉讓電子票券?

    當天無法前往活動現場,有朋友想去,但我又不能給他我的手機,遍尋不著轉讓電子票券的方式,還是要土法煉鋼把我票券的QRCODE畫面拍下來傳給他嗎?這樣可以進場嗎?

    目前系統會在繳費成功/取消報名時通知主辦單位。

    收到建議：

    1. 希望「報名完成（未繳費）」時也可以通知主辦單位。
    2. 希望可以決定收到哪幾種訊息。

  12. 可不可以另開hacker的分類?

    現在學習的分類也太廣泛了吧
    不能開個hacker的分類嗎
    每次看到有興趣的主題，都額滿了
    額滿不是因為在kktix看到，而是facebook社群看到
    而神奇的是，每天逛kktix卻沒看到社群的活動
    難道不能客製化顧客的需求，只看到有興趣的主題嗎

  14. 自訂「報名成功」的郵件通知範本

    目前在「通知信件」中只有「成功訂購通知」的郵件範本，若為付費課程，必須要到繳費才會發出郵件。我們的需求是希望能夠在使用者報名成功後，就立即發出郵件給報名活動的學員，告知他一些重要資訊，所以希望能增加「報名成功」的郵件範本，讓我們能夠編輯，並在學員報名後立即發出，謝謝。

    1.提供系列套票或連續購票優惠設定（現行邀請碼優惠難以使用，徒增困擾）
    2.可以區分訂單票種的列表
    3.改善訂單表單下載（excel檔下載是亂碼）

    但發現有位子更好的區域
    請問可否直接在線上做換票補差價的動作呢?
