    您好!建議身心障礙者優惠席購票管道是否可以新建置線上購票方式,以提升身障人士購票之便利性、個資保護之完整性、購票管道之多元性及購票程序之公平性。

    理由一:現行身障人士購票方式僅限於傳真方式,惟操作傳真機對於不同類別之身障人士或有困難及不便,為求訂票之成功,則必須委由他人協助,此方式實非友善身障人士之便利措施。

    理由二:身障人士於優惠購票單上,需以紙本張貼身障手冊正反面,大量暴露出個人資訊,在個資保護這個部分,仍有風險存在,且影印、列印後並張貼等看似極為簡單之動作行為,對於不同類別之身障人士或有困難及不便。

    建議作法:新增線上購票方式,使管道更多元,亦可使不便使用傳真購票之身障人士更易於享有參加各項藝文活動的權利。

    配套作法:身障購票需認證審核其身障身份之部分,線上購票方式可於身心障礙票券購票程序規定中列明事前審核機制,同一般購票者,事先加入網站會員,並可事先上傳身障文件進行審核認證程序,通過者即可於購票時間進行購票作業,而於演出當天入場時則是必須攜帶身障證件提供查驗,亦可杜絕冒名購票或代替購票之漏洞行為,系統端之技術應可建置這個部分。

    申請實體票券退款,能否請貴公司收到掛號之後主動通知客戶,任何形式都可以,保障貴公司免於糾紛,也保障消費者的權益

    目前 KKTIX 沒有統一的清票時間,隨時有人退票則隨時釋出。由於 KKTIX 上的活動不僅只有演唱會,尚有各式不同活動,需求多樣,是否加入此機制還待討論,請海涵。

  4. 電子票券列印希望能增加的功能

    1.多訂單合併列印
    2.只印出電子票券區塊(不用含訂單資料)
    對於不會用手機的老人家來說,還是要印實體票比較方便

    訂單資料可能還是會有需要,因為許多時候非演唱會類型的主辦單位會依據這些資料查詢。如果是站在「節約紙張」或「資訊較清楚」的立場則可以理解,也能試著往那樣的方向設計。
