    應該要實名就制且購買後不能換人，不然一秒就全部票被買光，這合理嗎！！藤井風演唱會門票，原價3200元的票，現在網路上黃牛賣3倍，讓想看的人看不到，就算是再想看，我寧可飛去日本看，也不願意讓黃牛賺錢。

    為何不貴司就直接針對那些未領票券的直接處理

    去年購買了MewGulf的臺灣見面會門票，在前天看到公告見面會取消。在研究退票流程時有看到需提供會員帳號e-mail， 想請問申請退票人一定要與當初購票人會員帳號相同嗎？或者退票只是認票不認原始訂購人呢？

    有時買票時都在外面或公司用手機買，買到付款還要拿信用卡，如果能連到Line Pay等行動支付會更方便！而且行動支付已經很普及了。
