  3. Bug report

    在iphone顯示票券的時候,app會把手機的亮度調到最高= =。這時候如果我直接按home鍵退出的話,手機的亮度就不會回覆到原先的設定...

  4. 虛擬票券序號

    希望虛擬票券的序號除了寄到私人信箱外,也可以在KKTIX站內直接查詢(或是建立一個站內信箱),以防有些信箱收不到kktix的信(例如:Yahoo,連垃圾信件匣都翻不到信。)

    其實一直都可以喔,查詢自己的報名資料上,如果主辦單位有開序號功能,就會顯示序號。

  5. 報名按鍵可否有「我要報名」或「立即購票」的選擇

    現在報名按鍵都變成「立即購票」,但對於免費的活動而言,可能會誤導要報名的名眾。
    建議可以讓管理者在新增活動時可以自由選擇此活動是單純的報名或是需要收費的。

  7. 急!!無ibon取票選項無法取得取票號碼

    您好!我是於8/29在網路上訂購新北水上巴士周年紀念夜航票,在訂購的時候無選擇取票方式,今天晚上匯完款有收到訂單確認,但頁面沒有出現ibon取票畫面,只有QR Cord,請問我要如何找到ibon取票畫面,取得"取票號碼"?謝謝~

    希望簽到簿可挑選要簽到的報名者,分門別類的放入簽到簿,例如並不是每一位報名者都要領相同的禮物。目前的簽到簿只能一口氣放入所有報名者,其實用途不大。

  13. 報名成員的顯示方式在沒有任何人公開顯示參加時會怪怪的

    例如 http://kktix.kktix.cc/events/catcatrevenge
    最下面,當沒有任何人公開顯示他參加這個活動時會變成「2 報名人...以及其他 2 人」,這樣會讓人以為總共有 4 個人!?

    您好,請問您是否有匯款成功呢?如果開啟跨行轉帳的話,撥款不會成功喔。如果您確定有撥款成功,請提供您的匯款單據或是存簿轉賬記錄已供查驗。

  16. 請問寄信給所有報名人的信件發送處理時間為多長?

    約莫於18:20發送給所有報名人(約60人)的通知信件,過了一個小時,還是沒有人收到,可是只寄給一個人的信件卻很快就收到了
    請問信件的處理時間大約為多長呢?
    因為是重要信件所以有點擔心,想詢問一下

  20. 票券十五分鐘失效,可以不要把頁面跳掉

    我是參加了柯文哲的活動
    他要填不少的填空題
    十五分鐘有點不夠
    結果過了十五分鐘頁面自動跳到,填好的都不見了...
    可以改進成,過了十五分鐘,票券就不保留,等到填好了送出才訂票
    或者,會記住原本使用者填了什麼東西,下次進去時不用重填
