You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  3. 登入帳號後無法綁定手機

    登入帳號後無法綁定手機，顯示「此手機號碼已歸屬於其他帳號，請檢查或輸入其他手機號碼」，是否可查詢到這隻手機到底綁了哪隻帳號，已查詢過兩隻曾註冊過的帳號，皆沒有綁定過手機。

  4. 客服人員需要再教育

    客服人員需要再教育！打電話過去不一定會接，客服人員接起來之後態度非常差勁，詢問何時能趕緊退票竟然責備買票者。在網頁上面也沒有特別說明退票需要給 kktix「郵局掛號的號碼」才可以查此筆訂單是否有成功收到退票，客服人員也講得不清不楚，完全沒有想要讓退票的消費者理解程序。接起來電話是一名女生，態度輕浮還會罵消費者。客服人員員工需要再教育，不然請她不要當服務業。

    本日打電話 客服態度差 語氣冷淡又沒禮貌 掛斷後決定客訴反應 再播電話反應此事 說要轉接主管時 請我稍待 竟然話筒沒轉保留 讓我在線上聽到她們在討論此事 這種感受真的超級無敵霹靂差的！
