You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  2. 建議身心障礙者優惠席購票管道是否可以新建置線上購票方式

    您好！建議身心障礙者優惠席購票管道是否可以新建置線上購票方式，以提升身障人士購票之便利性、個資保護之完整性、購票管道之多元性及購票程序之公平性。

    理由一：現行身障人士購票方式僅限於傳真方式，惟操作傳真機對於不同類別之身障人士或有困難及不便，為求訂票之成功，則必須委由他人協助，此方式實非友善身障人士之便利措施。

    理由二：身障人士於優惠購票單上，需以紙本張貼身障手冊正反面，大量暴露出個人資訊，在個資保護這個部分，仍有風險存在，且影印、列印後並張貼等看似極為簡單之動作行為，對於不同類別之身障人士或有困難及不便。

    建議作法：新增線上購票方式，使管道更多元，亦可使不便使用傳真購票之身障人士更易於享有參加各項藝文活動的權利。

    配套作法：身障購票需認證審核其身障身份之部分，線上購票方式可於身心障礙票券購票程序規定中列明事前審核機制，同一般購票者，事先加入網站會員，並可事先上傳身障文件進行審核認證程序，通過者即可於購票時間進行購票作業，而於演出當天入場時則是必須攜帶身障證件提供查驗，亦可杜絕冒名購票或代替購票之漏洞行為，系統端之技術應可建置這個部分。

  3. 請問要怎麼轉讓電子票券?

    當天無法前往活動現場,有朋友想去,但我又不能給他我的手機,遍尋不著轉讓電子票券的方式,還是要土法煉鋼把我票券的QRCODE畫面拍下來傳給他嗎?這樣可以進場嗎?

  4. 請新增取消訂單功能

    在訂單尚未付款的情況之下，無法做任何取消訂單的動作，只能慢慢等系統設定付款時間截止，系統才能夠刪除此票券，所以每當在售票時第一時間都買不到想要到票券，因為有太多票在尚未付款的情況下被鎖定住，希望可以新增取消訂單的選項，讓真的不需要票券的人可以點選取消該訂單。

    身障人士購票刷卡單可以用ATM繳費或者超商代碼繳費嗎?不要直接顯示信卡個資，這樣很危險

  9. 可否增加Line Pay等行動支付選項。

    有時買票時都在外面或公司用手機買，買到付款還要拿信用卡，如果能連到Line Pay等行動支付會更方便！而且行動支付已經很普及了。

    目前 KKTIX 沒有統一的清票時間，隨時有人退票則隨時釋出。由於 KKTIX 上的活動不僅只有演唱會，尚有各式不同活動，需求多樣，是否加入此機制還待討論，請海涵。

  11. 網路上的黃牛票有辦法檢舉嗎？

    能不能加個身份驗證機制之類的
    或是票卷記名 一票一名
    不然黃牛太猖狂了
    800的票居然1萬賣
    就算賣不出去也沒有差
    只要有賣到一張就夠了

  16. 電子票券列印希望能增加的功能

    1.多訂單合併列印
    2.只印出電子票券區塊(不用含訂單資料)
    對於不會用手機的老人家來說，還是要印實體票比較方便

    訂單資料可能還是會有需要，因為許多時候非演唱會類型的主辦單位會依據這些資料查詢。如果是站在「節約紙張」或「資訊較清楚」的立場則可以理解，也能試著往那樣的方向設計。
