  4. 活動取消,且未取票為什麼不貴司自行

    活動因故取消,票券未領取,還要客人去領出再掛號寄回
    為何不貴司就直接針對那些未領票券的直接處理
    合理懷疑是增加退票門檻

    去年購買了MewGulf的臺灣見面會門票,在前天看到公告見面會取消。在研究退票流程時有看到需提供會員帳號e-mail, 想請問申請退票人一定要與當初購票人會員帳號相同嗎?或者退票只是認票不認原始訂購人呢?

  7. 可否增加Line Pay等行動支付選項。

    有時買票時都在外面或公司用手機買,買到付款還要拿信用卡,如果能連到Line Pay等行動支付會更方便!而且行動支付已經很普及了。

    郵局有其上班時間, 週日又多休息, 能否開放退票可以採7-11黑貓or全家宅配通方式. 他們也是要親簽(類似掛號), 又24小時有服務. 謝謝

  10. 建議身心障礙者優惠席購票管道是否可以新建置線上購票方式

    您好!建議身心障礙者優惠席購票管道是否可以新建置線上購票方式,以提升身障人士購票之便利性、個資保護之完整性、購票管道之多元性及購票程序之公平性。

    理由一:現行身障人士購票方式僅限於傳真方式,惟操作傳真機對於不同類別之身障人士或有困難及不便,為求訂票之成功,則必須委由他人協助,此方式實非友善身障人士之便利措施。

    理由二:身障人士於優惠購票單上,需以紙本張貼身障手冊正反面,大量暴露出個人資訊,在個資保護這個部分,仍有風險存在,且影印、列印後並張貼等看似極為簡單之動作行為,對於不同類別之身障人士或有困難及不便。

    建議作法:新增線上購票方式,使管道更多元,亦可使不便使用傳真購票之身障人士更易於享有參加各項藝文活動的權利。

    配套作法:身障購票需認證審核其身障身份之部分,線上購票方式可於身心障礙票券購票程序規定中列明事前審核機制,同一般購票者,事先加入網站會員,並可事先上傳身障文件進行審核認證程序,通過者即可於購票時間進行購票作業,而於演出當天入場時則是必須攜帶身障證件提供查驗,亦可杜絕冒名購票或代替購票之漏洞行為,系統端之技術應可建置這個部分。

  12. 清票制度太爛

    明明蔡依林的演唱會就還有票⋯ 應該在演唱會前一天甚至當天中午都可以繼續釋出零星票券吧,反正買到的當下就會立刻去付款領票啦~欸不是每個人都可以南下或北上到演唱會地點漏夜排隊買票欸==,到底有沒有學過站在「使用者」的角度思考啊。
    這麼大的公司,難道上層都沒有人選過行政管理或企業行銷嗎⋯把演唱會門票攥在手裡,看似很熱門、一票難求,然後呢?又怎樣? 當我們這些24小時犧牲睡眠一直刷系統等零星票券的民眾是白癡嗎

    你們現在造成別人的困擾甚至是精神壓力,未來你們也可能遭遇同樣的狀況,你應該希望是被別人善待吧,那現在你們就可以嘗試善待這些一直被黃牛搶走票然後一整天沒睡在刷票的民眾

    身障人士購票刷卡單可以用ATM繳費或者超商代碼繳費嗎?不要直接顯示信卡個資,這樣很危險

    真的是很笨的功能,一筆訂單同一人要看兩個演唱會,輸入第二天演唱會時卻出現這種顯示,要分兩筆才行,麻煩又爛的的功能

  17. 客服人員沒有服務態度

    手機壞了,無發使用憑證Qrcode,詢問如果換手機憑證Qrcode是否還可以再認證使用,客服人員回達跟機器人ㄧ樣,我在想剛剛是在跟機器人對話嗎?客服人員沒有教育,是公司的責任,如果對自己工作沒有基本的服務態度,公司也是這樣放任,身為消費者的我們也是有選擇的權利,公司要設立這樣意見反映平台,也要去看消費者反應情形而不是放任不管,相信這間公司ㄧ定不能長久經營

  19. 請新增取消訂單功能

    在訂單尚未付款的情況之下,無法做任何取消訂單的動作,只能慢慢等系統設定付款時間截止,系統才能夠刪除此票券,所以每當在售票時第一時間都買不到想要到票券,因為有太多票在尚未付款的情況下被鎖定住,希望可以新增取消訂單的選項,讓真的不需要票券的人可以點選取消該訂單。
