  1. 建議要退票確認前,請有提醒消費者退票手續費是多少錢,減少與消費者認知不同糾紛。一張票扣1100元交易手續費,實在太誇張。

    在許多地方(一般來說是活動首頁、購票時的退票規則、通知信件裡的退票規則連結等)其實都有告知由 KKTIX 代理退票時,退票手續費為 10%,所以扣 1100 代表原本買的票是 11000。

    如果您的狀況不是上述情形,請來信 support@kktix.com 我們確認一下。

    或許我們日後改版時確實可以在電子票退票時再多註明一下。

    可以理解這個需求(有時我自己也會用到),不過由於太複雜,短時間內應該不會向這個方向走。

    一個常用的情境「發票二三聯 → 決定是否填寫統編」這點將會用另外的方式處理:KKTIX 現在可以協助企業開立電子發票,可洽 contact@kktix.com

  5. 線上退票系統可以做的好一點嗎?頁面上居然完全找不到還得要等到工作日

    碰到像連假的時候會很緊張萬一卡到退票最後期限是不是要消費者自己認賠啊?

  9. 實體票券退票

    購票到取得實體票 因寄票所需的工作天數 導致來不及寄回退票的截止日 應該在消費者選擇信用卡付款時跳出警示視窗 建議選擇便利店取票。

    有時候搶票 手機號碼會打錯 導致逼不得已就要買
    若可以的話 請新增更改手機號碼的選項

    換票等同於退票,請退票後,再重新購買。購買前請注意退票有效期限喔!

    在經過一段時間沒開 iOS App 之後就會被告知已經被登出,為什麼每次都要我重新登入阿

    不是重新下載App這樣真的很奇怪也不方便阿

  16. 整體搶票流程建議

    您好
    在前些日子有使用了貴公司的購票系統,購買陳奕迅的演唱會門票
    在這種瘋狂搶購的演唱會門票販售中,kktix已經是業界首屈一指的售票系統了
    但還是難以面對這樣瘋狂的搶購流量
    造成伺服器延遲、緩慢,導致非常多使用者體驗上的不滿意
    在這裡我有個購票流程的建議提供您們做參考
    首先我認為使用者,比較不會在乎是不是能夠當下搶到票,但對於無止盡的等待是感到厭惡的。
    其二,有些使用者一開賣就搶票,但還是搶輸其他晚到的使用者,我認為這是件非常不公平的事情,所以針對這樣的問題我提出了以下建議

    首先在開賣之前30分鐘,開啟多個cloud node, 並將會員資料同步至各個node

    使用者搶票時 同步輸入帳號、密碼進行搶票(紓解帳戶DB壓力、購票的帳戶必須為30分鐘前申請的帳號)

    接下來這段時間的搶票,事實上可以不用真正的搶票,而只是進行登記作業,記錄(會員編號、登記時間、演唱會場次)
    系統在接收整理完所有的登記後,將所有登記依照登記時間排序(重複會員編號以第一次登記為主),依照排序號碼分時段,開放、並通知使用者登入購票(ex 1~100號 10:30~10:40),逾時不候。

    這樣一來應該可以分散大批人潮,減少伺服器負擔、增加使用者體驗

    感謝建議,事實上消費者確實傾向於早早先登入會員才購票,所以現在狀況已經符合該部分描述(當場來才想要註冊的是非常少數,壓力不算太大);

    關於「先登記後買票」的措施我們曾有考量,但考量後或許目前還是先試試看能不能讓系統更順暢,直接就可以買,免去大家再度回頭買票的麻煩。

    由於目前的實作方向不傾向於此,因此我先標示為 declined,但我們還是會持續回頭再考量看看這個建議。

  17. 取消功能

    增加取消訂票的功能囉!
    有時因為行程變動, 無法參加已報名的免費講座.
    有這個功能的話, 對來不及報名有限制名額活動的人來說, 就可以及時補進名單裡了.
